The wires go too far up the sides and poke into my rib/almost armpit area, and that delicate little spot in between boobies. The cups are a bit squeezy, too. Maybe I need a larger size. *sigh*

Sounds like you need a smaller cup size larger band size. It helps if you try them on in the store but I notice they can look good and then not be comforable after wearing them a few hours. It would help if all the manufacturers actually made things to the same size standard so you could say 'I wear X size' and go out and buy things that size with confidence. I would be tempted to stick the tags back on and take it back for exchange.
