So I guess because I'm butting heads with a woman who just got put in charge of my department (when I have been in doing that job for well over a year now) and doesn't have any clue how things are run over there, that I'm getting in trouble for it and probably won't get a raise. Yet they don't have to deal with this woman the way I do. She lies

Thanks :) I'm turning in my application and resume to a new place tomarrow and hopefully I'll hear something soon. My shower was good and I got some niffty things. Can't wait till the bachlorette party :)
