I went in for the interview, but they kept pushing me towards sales...I would have rather done customer service...but after the 2nd interview I never heard back

sometimes you need to call them... if you do want to work there, just call and talk to whoever you interviewed with and say you're checking on the status. I thought Jody said they did want to hire you.. make sure you didn't miss a call!
