Official Wii Zapper better than prototype?

Well, they revealed the "real" wii zapper and it's hard to say if they made the right call or not.  The new wii zapper is certainly more fitting for the control setup and allows access to ALL of the buttons on both controllers (wii-mote and nunchuk) instead of not using the nunchuk and having the second controller built in with only one button

While the first one has universal style and is definitely the new hotness, the second one would be perfect for any game with a sawed off shot gun. I can just imaging casual aiming that thing and nothing in particular and just PWHOOM, cloud o' buckshot
