So, in a commercial they said that every 3 minutes, a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer. this means that 180 are diagnosed an hour, 4,320 a day, 1,576,800 a year.

Now the american population is 298,444,215. Assuming that it's relatively equal men/women, american women population is roughly 149,222,108. If the trend keeps going, it will take ( Read more... )

Now.. considering birth rates and death rates, that will never happen. Because people are being constantly born, it is impossible for every female to be diagnosed with breast cancer at any given time. There are also those who die before being diagnosed with breast cancer. Then there are people who never get breast cancer. Cancer isn't like a virus; it doesn't just spread like wildfire across the country. So where ever you got that, or if you did that yourself, it won't happen. 94.6 is a long time also. The women that are diagnosed with cancer probably won't even live that long.
