My Method

In this entry, I will discuss a method that I have been working on. I call it simply "My Method". There are nine parts to my method. It is an incomplete method so these nine parts are, by no means, complete. Here is an outline of the nine parts.


Part I - ON THE VISION, GOALS, AND PLANNING
-In this part I discuss the importance of having a vision and the elements of a plan.

Part II - ON THE DIRECTOR
-In this part I discuss the qualities that a director should have.

Part III - OPERATIONS
-Once a plan has been decided, it must be put into action through operations

Part IV - EXECUTION
-Operations deal with the long-term operations while execution deals with day-to-day things

Part V - LEADING THE TEAM
-The team consists of everybody who wishes to help you

Part VI - COMPETITION
-The competition consists of everybody who is against your vision

Part VII - SITUATIONS
-I discuss how to analyze situations

Part VIII - SYSTEMS
-I discuss the systems that every enterprise must have

Part IX - INFORMATION
-In this part I discuss how to handle receiving information, using experts, and using it

So, I am working on my method right now. I have already completed my taxes and have already mailed them in. I have not received a refund yet.
