Look, I know how hard it must be to run a freaking rail network. I mean you struggle to keep trains clean, on time, and safe. But there is no excuse for the way you treat customers. I have listed a few ways that your rail system could be made better

That's one thing I don't miss about Sydney.

I had to catch a train to the airport, from some place (one or two stops away from strathfield) and even though i'm a consession, it cost me over $10 one way! I hate that you have to pay so much just because it's the airport!

My friends mum thought she'd drop us off at the airport (because her sister was flying back) and the ticket cost over $10 because it was the airport, whereas it would have cost about $1.70 if we got on the train 1 station later. grrrr.

I agree.
Though a good friend is actually becoming a train driver (he's still in training. hehehehe). He cares about what he does, and it actually takes quite a bit to simply move a train along the tracks.
