Actually, I never really stopped hanging out with Pete. Granted, once baby Sarah came along Pete's social activity has diminished to nearly nothing but we still get in some hang time.

Sadly this is a joke that failed because I misread your post. I read your post as "What have I been doing lately?" as kind of an existential "Hey where'd my posting go?!" rather than actually a question of wanting to know what you've been doing. Yes I'm overexplaining. =)
