Oh yikes and scary, I'd hate it at night. If the window walls were on the second floor, well that would be different. Or if the house was on stilts or something. Ground level window walls at night would eventually give me a heart attack. But my personal hang-up aside, it's quite interesting.

I can't put my finger on it but I find the design disconcerting...maybe it's because it 'looks' so top-heavy.

I like the interior - it has Scandinavian qualities about it that appeal to my ancestry/naturally attract my eye - although I do prefer a little more 'homeliness' than the pictures show.

Don't get me wrong, architecturally I think it's incredibly smart - but it still looks top-heavy to me - perhaps also because it's located on a flat environment with little to break the stark lines so the two distinct levels stand out and the contrast is more apparent. Interesting :)
