I am tired and cranky and I really don't want to be here right now. I have this math test next. I'm really not in the mood for test taking. Really really not in the mood

Every morning that breaks There are mercies anew Every breath that I take Is your faithfulness proved And at the end of my day When my labours are through I will sing of Your mercies anew
And Your mercies, they will never end For ten thousand years, they remain And when this worlds beauty has passed away Your mercies remain unchanged...
Yeah, I'm tracking with ya, bub =) Have a happy day!

whoops, that was `mE if you couldn't tell =) And it's funny... I was reading that song and right now, this world doesn't seem beautiful at all... not at all... thankfully it's not our home, eh? =)

Yeah, I saw the "bub" and I knew exactly who it was. And the world really doesn't seem beautiful, but it so really does. All the hate and darkness of the world is definitely not something I think of as beautiful, but like in the song Dandelions it says, "You see flowers in these weeds." Meaning he sees flowers among all the dead grass. I would be honored to have God metaphorically call me a "dandelion." I just about cry whenever I hear that song because it just shows how much grace God has for us.
So, thank you so much for that song (not Dandelions, but the Mercies Anew...that's a great song that I haven't listened to in like forever. I should listen to it again) and that reminder as well. I always need reminders. And yes! Thankfully, this isn't our home. Another evidence of God's grace and love for us. ;)
