In need of your opinion!

So, for Halloween this year, we are doing a Star Wars theme! My son will (most likely) be Yoda, my husband wants to be Darth Vader and I can't seem to pick between Princess Leia & Padme! So, I come to ask for your opinion fellow LJ-ers...

The slave girl costume is my husband's ultimate fantasy, LOL. Although, if your husband's gonna be darth vader you should totally be Padme... all things considered

This totally reminds me of our guide dog puppy raising club's costume contest a few years ago. My friend Casey and I had a winning streak of like 3 years for winning this costume contest, so that year we did star wars. Matt was a sith lord, we had a puppy in our club named "Darth" who dressed as Darth Vader, I was a Jedi Master, my pup "Lewis" was my apprentice, Casey was Princess Leia, and her puppy, "Gordy" was a Jedi. It was hilarious. We won for the 4th year in a row. I have a picture:

& Yes, I agree that Padme would make the most sense. I just wish there was a little Jedi (Aniken)costume that looks cooler than the Yoda costume I found for JP - that would be sooo cool.

While the slave costume would definately turn heads it would also be a bit damned chilly in October. No2 is pretty nice. (apologies for the trite adjective, I'd use a better one if I wasnt so knackerd)
