My condo is busy....

So my condo is for sale. The first nibble was last week pre-listing due to word of mouth (outcome unknown). It was listed Tuesday afternoon, photos were taken Thursday afternoon and it had it's first showing just an hour later. Wow my condo has an active social life!! ;)
