I love the buffet cuz they have some of my favorite dishes and/or tastes which I end up mixing together anyway.

My favorites are probably saag paneer or palak paneer, and some variety of chick pea dish and potato dish (sometimes I find them together sometimes separate). Also love naan and the hotter onion chutney. To round it out I usually get a little tandori chicken and some vegetable pakora. yum! :)
