An elderly woman I know got locked out of her Gmail last week and asked me if I could come over and help her. After trying the recovery process, we weren't able to get her back in. Ultimately, we just created a new account. Once again, technology is supposed to be a pleasure or convenience, but it just creates frustration and stress. It's sort of like sin, in a way. :)
