Rumballs

So, one of my American friends has never heard of rumballs. I think this is appalling, and aim to correct it immediately.

I always use "Marie" biscuits.

Crush the biscuits. The finer, the better. This is especially fun when you're mad at someone. Take out your rage on the biscuits!

You also need cocoa, coconut, and condensed milk.

Add the coconut. I don't like coconut, so I don't add a lot. Remember that your rumballs will be coated in coconut.

Add the cocoa. Note: this is not enough cocoa. Get this right, because you'll be too lazy to add ingredients and remix later. Well, at least I am.

Add the condensed milk. Try and get as much out of the can as possible. It's really tempting to just eat the condensed milk, but try to resist.

Look how much is left in there! Don't throw this out, eat it (preferably with your fingers, making a mess). mmmmmmmmmmmmm
Note: the hairtie was to keep the bag of coconut closed

The rum! Ignore the bottle, I had to bring this here from Melbourne, and I couldn't remember if the 100ml liquid thing applied (it doesn't, btw)

Add rum to taste. I'm still on my P's, so I don't add a lot. Replace this with chocolate syrup if you don't drink. And don't let your friends do this bit, especially if their idea of the amount of rum to add is "enough for one shot per rumball" (you know who you are). Aside from the obvious stupidity, your rumballs won't hold their shape.

Mix! I like my rumballs to be fairly solid, so my mixture is really hard to mix.

Grab little handfuls, roll in your hands to make them reasonably spherical. Then roll them in coconut. You end up with this

I didn't do any tasting, so this is the quantity you get from the quantity of ingredients above.
