Long time no update

Well another year has come and I'm a year older. I'm now 37. I feel like I haven't accomplished much at this point in my life. N and I tried to buy a house before the end of the year, but I paniced when the house inspector started pointing out all the little things that needed to be fixed on the house. We could have moved in and slowly fixed up
