But we all are. It is the degree that is variable.

Perhaps these Senators felt the heat from their constituents regarding making such a stupid decision on bailing out the financial industry and actually made a responsible decision this time, learned form their mistake, and listened to the people for once.

Then again, perhaps I am just naive...

Perhaps, but I'd say that's pretty unlikely. Constituents gave their reps a ton of heat prior to the financial bailout... I know this personally, as I was working in Congressman Capuano's office that week and I heard call after call and visitor after visitor complaining.

Mind you, I would have voted no in both instances; my problem is certainly not with the 'no' vote, but with the reasoning and the hypocrisy.

senators are the scum of the earth every proplem in the history of the united states can be blamed on this scum. it is time for revolution in this country.
