The Balloon event looks so fun, think I'll bring Caleb to this event too. He will definitely LOVE THEM!!!

Nooooo...dont go. I also thought the event was great...from the news. But the balloons are now actually scattered all over. There are some near the Esplanade - actually close to where the Merlion is. Then some across where Clarke Quay is...and others - don't know where. So, you don't actually get to see all...just a few here and there. There's also nothing else to do - not like there is something going on that you can join in. I regretted getting DH to bring us there...cos practically nothing to do.

they are putting some of the balloons in the Kranji Racecourse. the rest will be scattered along S'pore River wor. will print the map showing the location of all the balloons and show it to my dh. he will advise me if we can see the giant balloons at just one or two locations.....

we went there last weekend! It's true that the balloons are scattered along the Singapore River ... so the best place wld still be around Clark Quay and Riverside Point ... urm, tho' I must say it was really nothing fantastic - Ryan was even quite frightened by this Giant Dog balloon that was tied to ground ... and the Pinochio was really ugly!
o well, still can go check it out as a leisure family outing along the river ~ Singapore is sooOooo boring .. an activity like this is still better than none lor!
