i've been experiencing intermittent dull straining on the lower right abdomen for the past 3 days. somehow, i just knew that something is wrong. decided to go for my pap smear and ultrasound with Dr Mary Yang tonight (erm....i should have seen her 3 mths ago). anyway, sure enough, i've got a cyst. a freaking 2.7cm cyst inhabiting inside me. no

i almost had to do a laparoscopy in 2001 and did so much reading on it i went bonkers as well. thankfully, everything turned out just fine. hope it will be that way for you too and the cyst decides to do a disappearing act on its own.

hope Rambo gets out of the crazy place soon and good luck on your job hunt!

ya, i hope so too...sometimes, ignorance is bliss i tell you. the laparoscopy scared the hell out of me man! sounds far worse than childbirth, if u ask me....

to me ignorance is not bliss, reading about it help to prepare you if you get the procedure...but I believe in your case, you won't be going thru it :)
Sometimes we need a little bit scare, to make us take care of our health...like what i'm doing now.

I have heard these annoying cysts sometimes disappear on their own. Take good care in the meantime and I am sure you won't have to go through the dreaded procedure.

annoying they are! the dull ache i've got is pretty uncomfortable and it comes and goes all the time...very irritating. yes, hopefully this cyst will leave me alone after the pills.

my SIL just removed 1 of her ovary due to cysts, that's why i freaked out when i learned i've got 1 too...anyway, hope mine disappear soon enough.

the lesson i've learnt here is never to take our health for granted, must go for regular checkup when it's due!

eh, my gynae told me a got many cysts at the lining of my womb, small ones though, but must be careful, yes, taht reminds me to go for my pap smear n check ups too...
dun worry, everything will be fine, as for Rambo, be patient ok?
