Once again, my brother and I scheduled a week-long vacation during my break between Spring and Summer semesters at the community college. This year we headed to Florida, and we were joined by our cousin Kathy

I definitely could have used that. Since it was kind of off-season, there was hardly anyone under 50 to be seen.

I prefer Disneyland, where I worked, to the upstart Florida impostor. And yes, I'm a friend of Goofy . . .

Florida was the first of the Disney parks I ever visited, so it always seems like home. :)

I would think working in one of the parks would be a mixed blessing. It must be a lot of fun, but I don't know if I could smile and remain pleasant in the face of day after day of the thundering crowds.

Yep, I inherited that from both my parents. I never tan, just take on various shades of pink and red. :)

Just getting away is fun in itself, but the ocean and Disneyworld (along with the wonderful weather) made it even more enjoyable.
