Despite bombing my last comp on Sunday (Failed ALL of my Snatches), i was surprised to see that i am officially (currently, until all the good guys start competing) ranked 10th in Australia in the 85kg Weightlifting category ( Read more... )

Missing lifts in comps suck but in the long run its good because it forces you to step back and look at your training and see where your missing out.

Muscle Pit 930am saturday mornings for the strength & conditioning circuit from hell.
