So....The summer is closing out pretty fast here. I just packed alot of stuff for the big move in a week and a half to the new house. I gotta say, I am going to miss this shitty, smelly, rotten house. But anyway I passed my second of three finals for flight the other day. I had my stage check with Brian Herm, an Instructor out in Battle Creek

Joel, it's so awesome that your dream of flying is now a reality! I knew you could do it, I've known that since we were young and stupid. Now I suppose we're just a bit less young and still stupid. :-) Part of me wishes I was back in Toledo so I could hang with you sometime before you go back to school, but I suppose that's just the blinding fear and near hysteria of being so close to having a baby... I've found myself clinging to "old times" lately, wishing to go back in time. Like the demolition derby last summer. Or you taking me and Kimmie to Arby's. Fun times, eh? I even told Mitch all about our times on the trampoline and your inablity to beat me at fooseball. I'd still kick your ass, by the way. I think you still owe me money from the last time we played. :-) I suppose I'll let you off the hook, just buy baby presents. :-) We might make it up for a baby shower sometime in August or September, I wish I could see you. Anyway, I need to go collapse into my bed and get a few hours of sleep before Alex starts kicking
