It's cold where I live right now. Real cold. Cold enough to make Canadians complain about the cold. Today, the high (the HIGH, mind you) is -13 (did I mention that's the high?), the low is -20, and with the windchill...well, it's better we don't even talk about what it feels like with the windchill. No part of the country seems to be unaffected by the cold right now. I just saw a news piece on Winnipeg's temperature. Made me feel like I could go out and sunbathe here in Toronto.

Yep - see below... Although, it's always warmer in the Peg than it is here. Nowhere is *always* colder than almost-somewhere. ;)

That ain't cold, you...

Try comin' over to Manitoba. It was -28 all day, without the windchill. With the chill, it was -40. We're getting out of it though, tomorrow afternoon, so ya'll will be out of it Monday-ish. ;)

Damn good review, but then, it's a damn fine book!

I briefly considered moving to Nunavut, so I could lay claim to the coldest homestead, but then I realized, "Why would I want to lay claim to the coldest homestead?" ;)
