The winners of the Black Quill Award have been announced, and while Frozen Blood didn't win, I can definitely say it was an honour to be nominated. Dark Scribe Magazine is a great source for horror fiction news, so the nomination for my book in the Best Small Press Chill category was cool enough on its own.

No need to shed any tears for my loss,

Frozen Blood is definitely awesome! I've really got to get on Amazon and find out where my copy is.. LOL

Get all the sleep you can now, because in just over a week... you'll fall asleep standing up in the hallway on the way to the bathroom. ;)

Oh don't go to the toilet in the garments (scrubs) they give you, there is nothing like taking a leak and some frantic male mistaking you as a nurse or a doctor and try to drag you back to his suite ... trust me!!
