Yesterday, as I was watching "24," I started to feel this weird tingle in my chest. It developed into this kind of shooting pain that I only felt in little jerks every couple minutes. oh my god!!!!

a really similar thing happened to me this summer.

i woke up in the middle of the nite with really strange, really intense chest pains. i 'rode' it out, letting the pain go on for nearly 48 hours. finally, i went to the doctor and through deductive reasoning, we figured out that tostitos had scraped my esophagus.

it finally went away. but it was weird.

Yeah, that's happened to me before, too. Oddly, I also remember not really doing anything about it, and wanting to just wait and see what happened.

Good to know both sides of ToTC look death in the face and say, "Meh, let's see what's on TV."
