It is nights like these I worry about him. I worry that I do not make him happy.
“Well Mark, what if this is as good as it gets?"
“What this are you referring to, Tom?”
“Us cuddling in post coital bliss. What if this is as good as it gets?"
“Well I'd be very happy with that.” I smile against his chest.
“Me too.” He smiles, kissing the top of my head.
