Swimming is winding down and so is my mental stability. For me it's all mental in swimming.. I will win or lose League because of my brain despite all the days training I have gone through.. my dad's yelling at the tv again.. some 6'2" republican lady is on Charlie Rose and I guess she is a press lady for bush or something. Anyone else have parents that attempt to verbally kill a person through the tv?

I was bored so I went looking for pics and stuff of the trip I went on last summer: 5-day pack train through the Sierra Nevadas and down into Yosemite Valley. I want to be there right now, at the top of Donahue Pass.

Well I saw it. I needed several people's recommendations before I could go see it, and I think it was one of the few movies that was so close to perfection it is scary.
