Help needed

Short version, I have 3 weeks to decide the rest of my life.

Long version: My optimal solution is to have myself, my girlfriend, and another friend move into a 2-bedroom apartment in Pittsburgh once my current lease expires.  She would be working and going to school, I would have a finance-related job, and there would be a car (hers) to spread

Call Walnut Capital. We pay 995 a month plus electric and quarterly gas/sewage ($75) for the two bedroom Barker, me and Cascio share. I know they have plenty of 2 bedroom stuff, lots in Squirrel Hill where we looked. Especially for that time frame... it's when we got ours. I know they have 2 bedrooms in Oakland and Shadyside and some are less than the one we are in now. http://www.walnutcapital.com/ You'll have to ask about furnished, but there are some great thrift stores around the city that deliver that have some really nice furniture (we got a corner couch with a pull out bed for like 150 a bit ago.. split three ways that is 50 a person. It's also yard sale season and craigs list got me my cosplay shelf thing for free.)

That's quarterly water/sewage... gas is included in rent.

The "furnished" is from a request by the third guy, who lives in Wisconsin and whose previous apartment was furnished.
