So, It's A Saturday At Work
And I'm going to go back and forth between capitalizing my post titles and not capitalizing them. Neat. Had the last two days off of work and ENJOYED them. How did I enjoy them, you ask? Busy Busy
I've had a lot going on the last two days, so I haven't posted. Work's been insane, so that's really cut into my journaling time. That's okay, though. I have today and tomorrow off. Not Much Time
So, it's 8 minutes till 5 and I'm awake, lucid, and moving. There's something wrong with this. Let it never be said that I'm disloyal to my job. Ever have one of those mornings where you stare at the computer screen and words start blurring together? You lose the ability to separate lines and letters? That's my morning. I really meant to wake up earlier, but that didn't end up happening. Steph called at 11:30 last night and kept me on the phone for an hour. She split with her boyfriend that she'd been seeing for a number of years. And I always wind up being the shoulder for people. I don't mind that. It's good to feel useful ( Read more... ) -

It's quiet. Really, stunningly quiet. This place is usually a bustle of noise during the week. Drivers walking in and out of the office... phone calls coming in non-stop, people shouting back and forth towards each other... it's usually so loud that I can't stop for a good five seconds and thing.
