A: yes i think so - you shoud not look so direcly into camra as can be inimidating for weak-livered man of this internet. my sugest look slitely down but still pointed face to cam. giving you assertiv position but not obertly agresiv... more mildly but still with stern-ness wich importate for mantain demeanour
