So, the vampire and zombie sketches I posted a few days ago were not random. they were for this project that Phil and I put together for the Comic Book Challenge. Here are our sample pages

This is something we put together specifically for the CBC. We were hanging out with former winners DJ and Jorge at Pittsburgh this past spring and they were urging us to give it a shot. Phil, Irv and I started batting idea back and forth at each other and we came up with Biteworld.
A few days before the deadline the shit hit the fan at Platinum. Obviously we're a little nervous about what went down there but decided that - this was something we made for the challenge. If not for the contest we never would have sat down and put together any idea. So we went for it and made the top 50.
We're proceeding cauciously as we've come to really like the idea. Hopefully if things don't work out at Platinum we'll be able to shop the idea around a little and one day see it come to life. I never thought I'd be excited about working on a monster project but here I am - as giddy as can be.
Anyway, I hope you guys like the concept and the look of things. :)
