i wonder if people that live in nyc understand how much people around america envy their lives. i won't say it's everyone. but i will say we sure do watch a lot of movies/tv shows that feature their great city. how do you get there? why does it seem like its some goddamn holyland? don't POOR people live there? so why does it seem too expensive

I've been there twice in the past year (and going again this month)... it's not really that expensive to visit, but to live there, yeah.
