I'm sorry. Take that up with him. If it has anything to do with not getting back to people, he is a busy person and told everyone that he was going to be stepping WAY back. Also, apparently, there are some rumors floating around about him, but he didn't care to find out what they were as he's not in high school anymore.

Not responding to messages is less than responsible. That's all I have to say. I feel slighted by him after months of working together... it's just a shame, and I'm sorry that he can't even be bothered to have common courtesy for someone who actually spent a great deal of time with the man. I don't know about any rumors and I'm certainly not a person to go on convejecture anyway. He's just proven himself to be unreliable to me personally and that's a shame because I like the guy other than that.

Though admittedly irresponsible to not at least send you some sort of response, whether it be "sorry, don't have time for this right now" or "fuck off and die", it shouldn't warrent a loss of any respect just because his priorities are different then your's. Nor should you feel slighted just because he's got different things in his life taking up his time now.
