I am SICK of waiting a week to receive rare movies or documentaries (or, hell, any movie) from Netflix, only to not be able to watch it due to misuse from previous customers. Yeah, I kind of figured it was that kind of set up. That's why I'm fairly certain it's the careless people. I already reported it damaged and am having a replacement sent.
I'm not so much pissed as annoyed and frustrated. This isn't the first time it's happened.
