That's Pantheist. The judge is basically saying you have to be monotheistic. So much for freedom of religion.

Hm. I wonder how they deal with children who see fit to worship Satan as "Almighty God"--do they remove them from the influence of Christian parents?

If this is upheld, rebel teens could pounce on it as a frightening legal precedent.

That is fucking ridiculous. Just because her adoptive parents don't believe in a 'Supreme being' is no reason to take her away from a family who obviously love her, as long as they don't force their beliefs onto her (And that goes for Religious people as well) and instead let her make her own decision when she's older, I don't see the problem.

Talk about fucking with that poor girls mind though. Taking her away from the only family she knows is going to do more harm in the long run.
