Today is one of those days where at work we are all reminded that our jobs all depend on the safety and well being of one person.

Lovely weekend so far. Friday night went out with Merry which was fun. She took me to this burger place in Santa Monica where they give you a huge checklist and you can pick the most random things to put on it. So it's 7:40 and I'm about to go to bed in about 45 minutes. It probably won't even be dark out yet. Why so early? Because I'm training to be the substitute photo editor and I have to be at the morning meeting at 5:30, which means a wake up time of 4:15. I love how I have been in LA less than five hours and already got drunk.

Is anyone driving through/to San Francisco on Saturday morning? I want to be there by 11:30ish, my cousin is having her son's first birthday party at noon. All together now... AWWWWWWWWWW.

Anyways, I just need a one way trip to SF in the morning. We can chat or I can just stare out the window listening to music... whatever.
