It will make the lj cut for you with or without text. I always put something like >>More or >>Read on with mine. :)

If you dun have a long article, you dun need it. Is your community requiring it? That's the one thing on Lj I have noticed. Some of these Lj people are really militant about stuff, and you know what, this is what I say:

they say to do it if any photo is over 700 pixels wide.. i guess
so it dosn't f-up their layout or something..

so far, I havn't had to LJcut. I can go into paint and resize
my photos. heh

FOR GOD'S SAKE!! 700 PIXELS!!! That's too big for anything except a screensaver!!! I used to post 500 on melo and my other Lj layout, but this layout bleeds over if it is that wide. :-p I use Irfanview for images and it is easy to resize and crop etc. Free too. :)

If you get tired of the snap.com screenshot view of all your links, go to Manage, then Viewing Options and disable graphical views of links. :)
