Its about the story the individual has. All to often, the trans- individual is placed on marginialized status, that is, barely reguarded as normal human beings according to our society. When an individual discloses (comes out) his or her trans- status, I (like too many people) will get 'kicked out' of mainstream society and must fend for themselves

It would be helpful for people unfamiliar with the problems associated with all this to start at the beginning. Or maybe you could point me toward some links so I could read about it--when it all starts--at what age. That kind of stuff. I'm asking seriously. I can google it myself, but I thought you might have some special sources you feel do a better job of explaining.
