I'd hate to imply by the title that there is ever really anything positive about the recent events in Arizona. It does take a willingness to verify one's beliefs, however. Lots of people just don't want to know and get violently angry at the idea that they should.

I agree. And you're not the first person to point that out-but (barring replying to someone who might actually take violent action-which leaves out MOST of my relatives) the most I risk is people not standing close to me at family reunions and/or being taken off the e-mail list.

I will correct their bullshit again and again and again and again and again. That's my job. If they choose not to listen-welp, then I just know they fit into that horrible category-I'd rather I know first than someone else.

And well..I just like to correct people. I'm one pedantic motherfucker. What can I say. :)
