I cannot believe I slept in after 9, though I intended to stay in bed til 10, Shadowthecat decided we'd been asleep long enough and she needed food and water. So of course she had to walk over me to get to the bed's edge

She's gotten a teensy bit better, in that she no longer wakes me up at 6:30 a.m. But sleeping in means nothing to her. If I could wake up and feed and water and clean the box and go back to bed without actually being awake I'd go back to bed. But no.

I have no idea about christmas, though I do have masses of cut 2X4s, perhaps I could paint people blocks of wood for Christmas. Hmmm.

Dad is doing better, he's still fighting depression. But he is finally watching some sports and watching jeopardy and millionaire. all good things for returning to us.
