Okay, another thing that annoys me and this is aimed to our brothers/sisters from across the pond and our brothers/sisters down south: The use of the word "Yankee" 1, the Yankees are a baseball team from New York. I am not from NY nor would I care to be nor do I play base ball so I am not a Yankee. 2. The term originaly ment someone from NEW

I forget who, but someone did a bit where a Yank was defined depending on where you were from. To a Brit, everyone in America is a Yank. To a southerner, it's anyone from north of the Mason-Dixon line. To a northerner, it's anyone east of the Ohio River. To a Northeaster, it's a New Englander. And so on. It went down to about a city block.

But I didn't get the gag.
