i put my foot down today. i told chief i want the field managership of pd24, and that he better get a replacement for me for the sa/p position. he paused for awhile. and then he said yes. but i will still have the sa/p staff reporting to me. 50-50, he said, until my would-be padawan becomes a complete jedi knight
