Go Green or Go Home

So every year, I make New Year's resolutions that I never ever keep. But this year I decided to make a New year's resolution I can keep. I've decided that I'm going to go greener this year. I say this b/c last year it was rediculously easy to keep green, I decided to bring some of the things I learned in the woods home with me. so here are my ( Read more... )

I always try to do #2 but then I leave the darned things either in the car or at home. lol

For #11, are you talking totally vegan or are you ok with things like milk, butter, eggs, etc?

I'm really good about the bags, my mom is the one that always forgets 'em.

For the lent thing, just veggie not vegan. I love my eggs and cheese WAAAAAY too much!

You've made me want to change a lot of things! Maybe at the end of the month I'll clean out my closet and donate like you. I've got stuff in there from high school that I "think" i'll attempt to fit in and I never will cause of my ghetto ass. I could use alot of that room in there too! I carpool with my mom to work and we've got our own veggie, herb and fruit garden. My dad has planted 7 fruit trees and a bunch of grape plants. I also got a free tree from Arbor Day foundation(i think) and I'm gonna plant that in the spring too. Thanks for motivating me!

hey good luck with all that stuff! and in case you didn't know, there are ways to compost in the suburbs without just making a random pile. like, special containers that look like garbage cans, so the stench is contained a littl bit. although the squirrels will ALWAYS find a way in. lol.
