My sleep pattern is all thrown off now; but probably for the best. I'm going into work at about 6:30am now because I work the east coast and this allows me to get a full day in. I took a shower and it hurt. The water pressure is greater than ANY shower I have ever used before. Seriously, painful shower. I'm not sure how I'll shave in the shower anymore....I'll scrape a razor across my face and then put that face in front of a jet of water strong enough peel the paint off of a building?? Quick, stupid update. I moved into my new apartment yesterday. It was very, very sad because it wasn't where I wanted to be. I mean, I like my apartment. It is a good apartment. Shock of all shocks, I did something impressive yesterday. I got up in the morning around 9 and hunted down Desi. He was sleeping on the couch, as always, because the dogs had been barking in the neighbors backyard and he can't sleep if they make a peep. I feel better. I couldn't possibly go back to sleep so I decided I'd go to the stores. I found a few things but nothing worth standing in line for. I had a couple of CDs and the first season of 24 in my hands but I didn't want to stand in line for 45 minutes so I thought about it and passed. I can't sleep so I have this strong want to hop in my truck and drive over to Best Buy and buy the first season of 24 for 13 dollars. I've never seen it but everyone says it is good. I was offered a job. Moving to San Mateo, California. Start as soon as I can find a place and get moved in. Gonna be a learning experience. Hope I don't hate it. The people all seemed really nice and the environment was just great. Have some friends up that way.
