I was over at a friend of my families house, with he and his friends. They were all in there late 50's. The things they could tell me about all the parts of my car and engine and then this camper we were looking at was imppressive. This knowledge of mechanics I will never gain nor fully understand. Also, I feel like you would be a fan of L-theanine. The ultimate stress-reducer, relaxer-maker. I take 150mg everyother day. Its an amino acid, "protien" yada yada yada. Bottom line is it works. You can take it daily or as needed when strexx/anxiety sets in, works immediatly. ALSO good for the anxiety related to sleep loss. I take l-theanine when I cannot sleep and it usually works. If it alone does not I take another 150mg and 3mg of melatonin. Sleep doctor.
did a little bit of poking around and your wonder-amino seems to have fairly good results and won't affect my crohn's, so I'm going to pick some up. I'll let you know if I still think everyone is out to get me after a few weeks! Thanks, b-mon.
