I saw the Damned on some sort of Misfits collaboration tour... by then the Misfits had become a joke, so it was all about the other bands: The Dickies, Agnostic Front, and Balzac.
All bands were great, but the Damned stole the show. (This was when ex-Sisters of Mercy bassist Patricia Morrison was playing bass, elsewise the lineup is the same). A very solid performance.
I actually like Machined Gun Etiquette and their more goth punk efforts in the 1980s than the original punk stuff. (It's amazing to see so many horror-punk bands imitating the Misfits, but pretty much no one imitating the Damned.) Didn't know they had a new album out. Grave Disorder was pretty good.
