for rent for graduation weekend:
2 bedroom house, sleeps 5 (+ 2 on an air mattress). $1200.
(1 queen + 1 single bed in bedrooms + full size futon)
has sauna, wireless internet, weber bbq, good kitchen, garden, plenty of free parking.
7 min walk to buses, 25 minute walk to campus, probably the same or less to IC.

I've had this thought too. (I have an apartment to sublet in Munich in June, when most of World Cup happens).
I'm guessing that renting out the house for such a weekend pays about 1.5-2 months rent. How does your price compare with local hotels?
