What I like about it is that you see both the relative increases in number of authors and in total number of papers. Nice.
Gender analysis of first authors doesn't show a lot:
even when you look at it as a percentage
That seems to suggest that there are a slightly higher proportion of women first authors than women in general in the conference, but I'm pretty sure it's just noise.
