The Evaluation of Experience-focused HCIIn this thesis, I will present ways to understand and determine appropriate metrics for the evaluation of non-task-focused technologies, and demonstrate methods that suitably characterize a technology in terms of those metrics

I really like this. The flow reads much better to me. The first sentence lays out what you're going to do, and then the rest provides the background necessary to understand why it's important. Great job.

As an aside, I'd totally forgotten that "perlick" works as an LJ feed of my blog. One of my friends set that up before I had an LJ account myself, but it's still trucking away apparently.
