Well, it has hit the news now (here anyway) so, I guess it is official, even though it has REALLY been official for a day or two now.

I signed with Leksand. Of course I signed with Leksand. If I had to play in Europe - it was not my first choice, trust me - it was going to be with the Stars. They were my hometown team growing up and always one

Let me offer my congratulations!

I'm very happy you'll be playing for your hometown team, and I think that if anyone can carry them to SEL, it'll be you.

I'm sad that you won't be in North America for a long time. Perhaps we may have a visit when you come to take care of details.

I will miss you if I end up back in North America. I will miss you if I sign with Ovik. But, at least Ovik would be closer.

I, don't know what to say. I'm happy for you; I'm glad you will get to play. Maybe if things work out in the NHL you can still play here. But it's great that you get to play at home.

It is better to be playing than just retire, is it not?

I hope that if/when you come to clear out of Vancouver that you can swing a visit down here, or hell maybe you'll be in Edmonton when I am. Regardless I would like to see you before you leave. And you'll be back, I don't doubt that.
